Can Loans be paid seperately?

I have five student loans that total approximately 100,000. One is for 60,000 and the other four are around 10,000 each. They are all from the federal government. I would like to pay off one or two of the smaller loans altogether and lower my monthly payment (1360) if possible. Is this possible or do I have to pay the entire 1360 for ten years.

You’ve got lots of repayment plan choices and there is never a penalty for prepaying a federal student loan.  You’ll find more information here: http://studentaid.ed.gov/PORTALSWebApp/students/english/OtherFormsOfRepay.jsp
