I attended two schools one in1997 and another in 2001 I told both of these schools that I did have a high school diploma . Both schools gave me entrance exams and helped me answer the questions on each test.  Both schools said that I could take my GED while in school so that when I completed the courses I would have my high school diploma but every time in asked about the GED classes I was given excuses for why the classes had not started. When it came time for me to do my externships I was told that I could not do it because I didn’t have my high school diploma. I was not allowed to graduate or find work because I didn’t complete my externships. Both schools have closed down but I have loans to repay for training that I can not use. I finally recieved my diploma in 2008 and attended university of Phoenix . I am 8 classes short of my bachelors degree but can’t finish them because I have exhausted my financial aid and pell grant privlages. I have sent several inability to benefit forms to my loan holders only to be told I don’t qualify. Is there anything I can do to remove these loans?

You may qualify for public service loan forgiveness depending on the loans you have,  but this will not be an immediate fix for your problem—-you have to work full time in a public service and make 120 monthly loan payments (10 years) during that time to qualify.  Check out:
