I was going to apply on the student aid site today for IBR or PAYE, but according to the Federal Aid site, they say my loans are not currently in an eligible repayment status. I have to call my loan provider to find out more information and I will tomorrow since they’re closed today. I’m just confused because they say I have a payment due on the 27th this month.

That does seem weird that you’d have a payment due and still be getting that message.  One thing you can do is check on the National Student Loan Data System, nslds.ed.gov, for the “status”.  If you click the blue number to the left of each loan, you’ll see Loan Status and Status Description about half way down.  I’m guessing you’ll see Forbearance or Grace, but yeah, check with the servicer.
