In the document, obtained by P.TV, Raangee claimed he was just “the one who is the one who can get an opportunity to make people” in the meantime, Rack and a third accomplice named Calvin who doesn’t seem to be part of the NBA 2K community, dealt with the financial side of the plan. (P.TV is unable to reach Calvin, and has chosen not to reveal his name.)
“First first I’d like to make clear that what we’re doing is not even illegal,” Rangee says in the FAQ document, obtained by P.TV. “If it was illegal I would not be doing this because I don’t believe that any sum of money would warrant being in jail. Consider that if it were a fraud, I and [Rack] wouldn’t be able to bear the burden of making our names public for the public to see. This community is too dear to me and I have put in a lot time making my name known.”
To put it simply, victims were led to think that if they transferred an amount to Calvin and Rack, they would be paid back (by Rack) with unusually high interest rates. In addition, Raangee could receive a 25 percent cut as a kind of fee for recruiting. “He Rack generally gives us a receipt of the amount is owed to us, and the cash arrives in about 7-14 days because of his security in the bank,” the FAQ document states.
“Most banks need 5 business day to transfer funds, but Rack’s banking institution takes longer.” At first, individuals we spoke to claimed they had received promised payment from Rack. Then communications were cut off. Many victims claim that they didn’t receive money at all from Rack. The scammers would make excuses or refuse to listen to victims who tried to reach Rack for information about their money.
“We were supposed to receive the money, but it didn’t happen. It took us a full month and he would bring many excuses such as his PayPal is blocked, and so on in order to obtain the time” an additional alleged victim claimed on P.TV.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people like Rack. The most incredible thing is that they act even at the legislative level. Many people I know have become victims of his fraudulent schemes. More than 30% of the people who have used his services have never been able to get a refund to their bank accounts. I, too, fell for his trick, but I was luckier than the others - I earned this money by using apps to make money (https://wealthofgeeks.com/apps-that-pay-you-money/), and I only withdrew a test of $10 at the time, but I wasn’t able to get it back later either.
