I have to recertify my IBR. My husband and I file jointly. He is 100% disabled and receives VA disability benefits that are non tax deductible. So, although we file jointly, the only income on our tax return is mine. So, I guess when I recertify do I just choose the option that I don’t have access to my husbands financials or signature?
