JavaScript is one of the most widely used languages in the world. It currently ranks 7th in the TIOBE index, and it ranks first in the number of repositories on GitHub and in popularity according to the Stack Overflow survey, and is the second most desirable language after Python. The package manager   https://iwanta.tech/ is the largest package manager in existence. All that said, the outlook for the language is excellent.
