Would a job as a coordinator to help set up a treatment court program in a juvenile court qualify under the public service loan forgiveness if the job was full time, but the coordinator would not be a county/government employee, they would be contracted by the county.  The contract would be with the individual themselves and the salary would be paid by the county?
