Hi Heather,

When applying for Direct Consolidation online I am told that I am ineligible for IBR b/c of my GradPLUS loans. None of my GradPLUS are parent loans and I did not mistakenly indicate that said loans were parent loans when filling out the online application. I called LoanConsolidation customer service and was told that the GradPlus loans were ineligible for IBR and that I would have to apply for ICR. Is this accurate?
