Disability Discharge for Parent Plus Loans and where to file complaint of double-charging on same loan?

I am now on social security disability benefits with 75+ pages of medical evidence for my permanent disability status.
I have received the form for loan discharge for disability. However, you need a microscope to read the fine print and fit the answers on the tiny line available on the form itself. I have learned that doctors have been harassed in the past by these organizations for signing off the discharge forms.
I’m in deferment for long-term unemployment which makes the original balance increase due to interest being added on top of the original balance.
I am not eligible for income-based repayment plan on my disability income as I am married. However, I am the only one who signed the loans, and the loans are paid out of my disability.
I have one long-term consolidated loan through American Education Services (BRAVOS), and three through Sallie Mae Department of Education. The first set of loans is 3.25%, the second set of loans is 8.5%, even though I was told verbally that the interest rate would be 4%.
Add to the mixture that I recently discovered that the student was forced to take out an additional private loan for the same session the parent plus loan was charged for the full tuition amount. This is a common tactic done by the majority of for-profit schools.
Any help available?
Thank you.

Sounds to me like you need a lawyer.  I may be able to recommend one.  Where do you live?

How would a lawyer be able to help? I used one to present my social security case to the Administrative Law Judge hearing. I would be interested in finding a lawyer. I live in the state of Florida. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
