Hi,

I was wondering if you could provide any information on the National Collegiate Trust?  I have a private student loan that I believe has been sent to them for collection.  Do you have any knowledge whether or not they will negotiate.  My loan fell behind and when I went to make it current I was told it went into default and for collection.  This is very odd because I had fallen behind in default status before but they never transferred the loan prior to this one time.
