My boyfriend attended one university for 3 years. In his last year he has decided to transfer out of the school but still has an existing balance of 4500 owed to that university. He is currently enrolled at another school but would like to come back to the previous university. The university has expressed that in order to be considered for coming back he has to pay off the 4500$. He is working while in school but is surely not making enough to do this on his own. What are his option for paying this off? Can he take out an educational loan to pay off a previous semester?  please help
