Newly married on ICR, married filing separately helpful?

Thanks so much for offering this forum; it’s a great resource.

I’m a bit confused on what the best approach is in our situation.  I’ll try to summarize quickly.

We’re just married, my wife makes 60k AGI, has 360k in student loan debt, is currently on ICR, and working toward public service loan forgiveness (2 years in).  I make 80k AGI, and have 17k in student loan debt.

Am I correct that on ICR, my income will enter into her payment calculation next year, even if we file separately?  When she signed up, she was told that she didn’t qualify for IBR, although the online calculator says that she should.  If that’s the case, can we switch to IBR so that we can file taxes separately, and not have my income enter into the calculation? If we’re stuck on ICR, it seems like we might as well file joint for the other tax benefits, does that seem correct?

Thanks for any thoughts you might have.
