Hello. My husband is trying to buy a home through the VA loan program. He has 5-6 student loans(some unsubsidized some subsidized). The issue is the loans are deferred from Dec 13 2013-dec13 2014 and we need the loans deferred out from closing Feb 27 2014 until Feb 27th 2015. What are our options as they need proof of deferment out until 2015 when they go to underwriting. Please keep in mind my husband plans on going back to school once we buy this house and settle.
