I am paying off a large loan for a nursing school that I never graduated from.  There was no entrance exam and they decided to give it to us 3 months after classes started.  We understood that the test was being given because we hadn’t had one to be accepted and that they needed to have one in our files.  Doe sthis qualify for a Loan Forgiveness/Cancellation?
