Hi, Ms. Jarvis. I am looking for someone to whom to refer three potential clients who have public and private student loans, and who need to try to arrange some sort of affordable restructuring. I know you gave a well-received program at our state bar association, and was given your name by folks there. I believe the bar’s ED has emailed you about my intention to try to contact you. Kindly advise as to whether you or someone you’d recommend might be available for me to suggest to these folks. This is outside my practice area, and I need to get them to somebody in the near future. Thanks for your time. Have a good day!
Sincerely,
Stephen F. Tilson

Hi, Stephen. Just got the LinkedIn message and sent you a response there as well. I’m a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and that’s the place to look for local counsel: http://naca.net I did a search and found one lawyer listing student loans as an area of practice ( .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) in Dayton), and other Ohio members might be able to help as well.
