My wages are currently being garnished (15%) and have been for almost a year now. I have recently received a couple of collection letters from Collecton Technology Inc. saying that my loan has been assigned to them and that my wages are in danger of garnishment (again?).
Can collection attempts continue if the US dept of education is already garnishing my wages? Can I be doubly garnished?
