Is there an organization who is supporting the efforts to pass legislation to enable rate reduction refinancing? Is there an organization mobilizing grass roots initialives?

I’ve been meaning to try to pull together a list of advocacy organizations, but haven’t gotten to it.  The national organizations that do student loan policy work include the National Consumer Law Center, TICAS and PIRG, among others.  An example of a grass-roots group is forgivestudentloandebt.com.
