I submitted a hardship request with all supported documents, one month ago. The last good faith payment was September 09. I was told by the school this loan never ends. As well as, intercepting state refunds. 12 hours ago it was discovered there is a statue of limitations on private loans.
There has been no response from agency handling the loan.
The loan is posting as full payment due.
