You can apply online at This Website or request a paper Income-Driven Repayment Plan Request from
your loan servicer.

The Income-Driven Repayment Plan Request is a single application that covers all the income-driven
repayment plans. You can request a specific income-driven plan, or you can request that your loan servicer
determine which plans you are eligible for and then place you on the plan that will provide the lowest monthly
payment amount.

If you have more than one servicer for the loans that you want to repay under an income-driven plan, you
must submit a separate Income-Driven Repayment Plan Request to each servicer. If you are unsure who your
loan servicer is, you can find this information using “My Federal Student Aid” at This Website or you
can call the Federal Student Aid Information Center (FSAIC) at 1-800-4-FED-AID (1-800-433-3243; TTY 1-
800-730-8913).
