One of the federal loan servicers, FedLoan Servicing (PHEAA), has been assigned responsibility for
administering PSLF for all Direct Loan borrowers. As a result, if you submit an Employment
Certification form, all of your loans held by ED (including any of your loans that are not eligible for
PSLF, such as FFEL Program loans that have been purchased by ED) will be transferred to FedLoan
Servicing (PHEAA).
