Spousal Consolidated Debt, in IBR, getting a divorce

Greetings, after 15 years my wife decided to leave me and the kids. I have so far gotten 90% custody and am waiting on temporary orders this Friday, when my lawyer goes before the judge because my wife will not sign them. In 2003 we consolidated our student loans. When I got laid off in 2008, at 33, I enlisted in the Army. They paid off all of my part of the consolidated student loans. All that remains is her student loans, but they are still technically under a spousal consolidated student loan. It is currently in an IBR plan, and I have not previously made enough to be required to pay on it each month. However, I want to make sure that she pays for her almost 14k in student loans and that I don’t get stuck with them. Other than telling my lawyer and the judge this, what are my options? The IBR is coming due soon, in fact I got the notice today about them needing updated information by the end of the year.

Thank you
