Switch from IBR to REPAYE: Will My PSLF Be Capped at 57,500?

Hi. Quick question for next year:

1.) I have approximately 85,000 in student loans that I took out and consolidated in the fall of 2008.
2.) I am currently on the IBR repayment plan and am half way to meeting the requirements for PSLF.

My question is:
If I switch from IBR to REPAYE, will my PSL Forgiveness be capped at 57,500?
