Parent PLUS loan transfer to Student’s Name for Consolidation

Are you aware of a method to transfer a Parent Plus loan that is only in the parents name to the student’s name so it can be included in the Student’s Direct Consolidation Loan.
We are trying to take advantage of the PSLF program.
