So I’m reaching out on behalf of my wife. She is a speech pathologist at a public elementary school (5+ years full time). Her student Direct loan is about $18000 and serviced through Nelnet. We have applied for the following teacher loan forgiveness but they continually send us in circles with denials saying we need other documents, that her job title isn’t a teacher. We know that others in similar situations have been accepted.

Advice? Someone we can hire to chime in to them on our behalf before we give up?
