Is there an “easy” way to setup an amortization schedule for a graduated repayment plan?  I have a client on a 25-yr extended graduated repayment and is about 56 periods into the 300 period term.  I’d like to compare the interest costs/savings by comparing the current repayment plan with other alternatives.

It would also probably be helpful to understand how the monthly payment amounts are determined in a graduated plan.
