Good Morning Heather,

I am an ER physician that just graduated from residency.  During training I worked for a 501(c)(3) and have 36 qualified PSFL payments.

I just took a job for a private physicians partnership that staffs the ER for one client hospital that is a 501(c)(3) organization.

My question is I work for a “for profit” group but we are contracted with a 501(c)(3) qualified hospital.  I obviously work for Emergency Mgmt and service the public.  How would I certify this?  Should my partnership verify or should the Hospital?

Any additional advise would also be appreciated.
