So I have begun the process of rehabbing my student loans (yay!)

My question is - my loan rehab consultant is being a little pushy about getting my payment information and setting up an auto-draft. While I don’t mind at ALL to access their online website every month to pay my bill, I wanted to know before I spoke with her again if I can (legally) refuse to set up an auto draft.
