Disability Discharge, but made too much

I went on disability at the end of 2014, was approved by my private insurer quickly, and by social security 1st pass, but only a 3 year term, not 5 - 7. So then I applied for disability discharge on student loans and got it a little past mid-way in 2015.

In late 2016, I was approached about an educationally related part time job. I decided to take it. SSDI is still paying since I haven’t hit my 9 months and my private insurer is fine since I’m making less than a certain amount. However, the job is hard and I will likely stop for reasons of the same disability as soon as the school year ends.

I will have made more than the poverty guideline probably a week before the school year ends and I leave. Does that mean all my student loans will come back due? Or do I have to apply for disability again? The 2 year anniversary of discharge will come up in a few months and all the income was within that year.
