A can of worms won't open itself. But, Republican members of the House Committee on Education and Workforce want us to tell them about the problems we have with Direct Loan servicing! No, really. The lawmakers are asking that we the borrowers share our experiences related to loan rehabilitation, debt collection, privacy concerns, and poor customer service.
